Tilt!

Heyyy followers! Just wanted to share with you today's FOTD featuring MAC's Tilt eyeshadow.

I bought this last week just for the sake of it really. And I'm not really sure what to use it with. Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

Here's my attempt!

• Tilt (crease)
• Freshwater (outer v, crease)
• Sea & Sky duo ((darker blue) outer v, lower lashline)
• Gold eyeshadow by Inglot (lid, lower lashline)
• Gold duochrome eyeshadow by Naked (lid, lower lashline)

• Bourjois Liner Effect Mascara

Hellooooooooo! :)

I just wanted to do a mini post showing makeup I did for a contest last night! I love the way it turned out, and considering I'm going as a cliched "sexy" witch (and refusing to call it that) or something for a halloween party,I figured I might just do something similar on the night! I have a purple corset on its way in the mail, and got a suuper cute purple mini witch hat from Spotlight. Can't wait :D

• random neon-ish purple pigment (I think it was a free sample I was given with an order from Calypso Minerals quite some time ago. It has no name :/ but its insanely bright!)

• Sugarbaby 'Pink Blink' (pink loose eyeshadow with insane blue/purple duochrome, eyebrow highlight - also used as cheek highlight)
• Blacktrack Fluidline
• Madam Lash 'Von Teese' False Eyelashes

• NYX Purple Velvet Jumbo Pencil (as lip liner)
• MAC Violetta Lipstick
• MAC Reflects Duo Purple glitter (in centre of lips)

Rant!

I seriously cannot believe the amount of FAKE MAC SHIT on ebay. Its ridiculous!

And the amount of people bidding on these items is even MORE ridiculous!

I honestly wish I could post a comment on the auction pages saying to the stupid bidders that its all fake.

She Who Dares + extra's!

This is the look I did today before going to Uni. I wanted to use a couple new items...Tilt eyeshadow and She Who Dares mineralize eyeshadow... so I combined the 2!

After priming, I applied Tilt in the crease to begin with. I then used the blue side of She Who Dares wet and placed it all over my lid, then blended that into Tilt. I added it to my lower lashline, then used a damp pencil brush to pick up the green side of She Who Dares, and added that to my inner corner very lightly.

I have to say, I am LOVING these Mineralize eyeshadows from Venomous Villains. I only wish they had made one with a red glitter and sparkle in the black base!

And here is a look I did while in Queensland. Sorry for the somewhat shitty photos, most of them didn't turn out!

I believe I used NYX Black all over the lid, Aromaleigh's Mourning Whimsey in the crease, and MAC's Later pigment over the black to add some sparklies :)

And finally, my new love...Violetta lipstick!

I was SUPER cautious about buying this lipstick.. I've never really been one for bold lips. But you all know I LOVE purple, so I figured I may as well.

And I LOVE it! :)

(Yeah, the pic is minorly edited.. mostly the eye. But I think Violetta is still brighter than this in real life!)

Another Venomous Villains Post!

There are already 1 Million and 1 blog posts and youtube videos showing hauls and swatches... But thats not gonna stop me doing mine! :)

I was determined to get my hands on these goodies, yet I'm still surprised I actually managed to do it! Especially since the collection was released here in Aus while I was on holidays in Queensland! But I was there early that morning, early enough to be the first customer for the day AND the first to purchase any of the VV products. Stoked!

Anyway, onto my haul...

I only bought 6 things, mainly because I was pretty broke after the holiday, and I only wanted to get the things that were really unique and that I had nothing similar to. Most of which were from the Maleficent sub collection.

I looove all my goodies. SO glad I bought Violetta! Its the first bold lipstick I have bought ever, and I love it! So much that I'm wearing it to a halloween party!

It has also given me a bit of confidence.. so I have been stalking ebay for Toxic Tale! :) Hope I can get my hands on it.. but I don't want it to melt on its way here if it has to come from America :/

I'm Back!!

Hey all, long time no speak!

I'm back from my holiday, and had such an awesome time!

Not sure if anyone is interested, but here are a few shots from the trip :)

I had an amazing time and was lucky enough to be able to grab some Venomous Villains goodies the morning it was released here in Aus. I was the first customer of the day AND the first to buy any of the VV collection at the MAC counter in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre :D Stoked!
