Victoria Frances Goth Girl!

Hey everyone!
Today I bring you a look I did recently that I've been thinking about doing for a while. Its based on one of Victoria Frances' amazing artworks. I guess this can also count as a halloween look (goth chick perhaps!), just tweak it as you desire!

I have explained everything you need to create this look!

Enjoy!

Using the Sigma E35 Tapered Blending Brush, apply Sugarpill's Poison Plum, or any similar purple you have, to the entire lid and blend as desired. Then, using the same brush, apply a darker purple or a small amount of black to the inner portion of the eyelid. You can find this must-have brush here: http://www.sigmabeauty.com/product_p/e35.htm?Click=1897

Next, using a Sigma E65, line your upper lashline and waterline with a black cream or gel eyeliner. I used MAC's Blacktrack Fluidline. This brush is great for applying gel eyeliners, perfect size and easy to control. You can find it here: http://www.sigmabeauty.com/product_p/e65.htm?Click=1897

After the eyes are done and mascara is on, use the Sigma F80 brush to buff the foundation of your choice into your skin. Using the flat top kabuki brush really creates a flawless application of foundation. This brush can be purchased for $16 here: http://www.sigmabeauty.com/Sigma_Flat_Top_Synthetic_Kabuki_F_80_p/f80.htm?Click=1897

The next step is to apply your concealer and buff it into the skin with the Sigma E40 Blending Brush. This is technically an eye brush, but I love the way it blends my concealer into my skin. I recommend that everyone gives it a go! It's a steal at $9

To finish off the skin, set your foundation with a matching face powder. To do so, use the Sigma F30 Powder Brush. Its the perfect size for powdering the whole face quickly, especially when you're on the go! You can find it here:

Now onto the fun part! To create the tears and swirl design, I suggest using the Sigma E05 Eyeliner brush. Its extremely easy to use as its so small and has a nice point, perfect for doing detail work. If you are interested in doing creative, detail work, this brush is a must have! Purchase here http://www.sigmabeauty.com/product_p/e05.htm?Click=1897 for just $9!

Finally comes the lips. If you don't have a lip brush, like me, you can turn one of your other brushes into a multi-tasking brush! Here I used the Sigma F70 Concealer brush to apply my nude lip colour of choice. Its not too big and works really well as a lip brush. At $9 you can't really go wrong. http://www.sigmabeauty.com/product_p/f70.htm?Click=1897

If you are interested in buying any of these brushes, why not save yourself some money and get the whole set of 12 brushes for $79 without the brush roll, or for $99 including the brush roll?!

Now onto the photos!

This look would be perfect for halloween! Just pair it with a dark lip for a goth look, or pale out your skin and add some greyish contours and create a 'dead' look!
