Smokey With a Pop of Purple Goodness

Here is a simple FOTD I did this morning before uni. A simple smokey eye with a pop of purple on the lower lashline.

•NYX jumbo pencils in Milk and Black Bean
•NYX eyeshadow- Black, White
•Heavenly Naturals eyeshadow- diva
•Rimmel kohl liner- black
•NYX Black liquid liner
•Bourjois Liner Effect mascara
•Naked pigment #IV-03 (shimmery purple-ish with tiny flecks of multicoloured glitter)

I'm quite disappointed you can't see the tiny glitter sparkles over the black on the lid. Its super pretty in real life! Let me know what you think.

"Later" pigment is the first thing on my wish list. I love black and I love purple, so combining them is the ultimate pigment for me! I'm also very curious to see "So Rich So Pretty" and "Military" nail polishes. I imagine they will be quite gorgeous.

I seriously cannot wait to see the Mineralize Eyeshadow Trios. They sound amazing! I think the biggest thing from the "in The Groove" collection will the Stereo Rose MSF. It was released a couple of years ago and apparently people go crazy for it. I may have to try and get my hands on one!

Simply Smokey

Hey all. This weekend I'm doing makeup for a friend and her mum for her brothers wedding. She told me she wants a smokey eye, something i haven't done properly for some time so i thought i'd do a bit of a trial run.

I recently hauled some NYX products from Cherry Culture, so I busted them out today =]

I used:

This was my entry to Sigma's Punk goes classic rock makeup contest on youtube. Had lots of fun with this one :)

So my favourite colour is purple :) This is a look I did a few months ago. I'm not 100% sure about the products I used, but I tried my best to remember.
