Update :)

Helloo There.

I just wanted to post a quick update as to where I have been/why I haven't been posting much lately.

As of the last few weeks, besides working 40+ hours per week, I have had alot going on between my boyrfriend and I.

Now to add to that, I am leaving for Melbourne with my sister this weekend AND meant to be moving house all at the same time.

This causes for a bit of stress, especially on the financial side of things considering I need to buy a bed/bedroom furniture, then try and get everything packed to move whilst packing to go to melbourne. Its a bit confusing lol.

So basically, I probably wont have the time to post anything much until I am back from melbourne next week and I feel as though I'm somewhat settled into my new place.

Burning Love

Today I am sharing the first look I created with my new Sigma brushes. I honestly love those brushes, even more because they're purple :)

Sigma - Make Me CRAZY! Brush Set

Hello my amazing followers!

Yesterday, I finally received my Sigma Make Me Crazy Brush set after winning Bubblegarm's (go follow her!) contest with this look:

The contest winners were announced on the 27th Jan, 2011. If you're wondering why it took so long to get my brushes, its because I'm a complete moron and somehow left out some vital information when I sent Sigma my address.

I was devastated when I realised, contacted them immediately and told them my mistake. They replied telling me the brushes should be returned to them, and when they do, they would resend them to my correct address. The lovely staff over at Sigma are amazing, and did just that!

I got the Sigma complete kit with brush roll for christmas a couple of years ago, which is essentially these same brushes, but black. I quickly compared them last night after opening my package, and noticed there are some slight differences in the brushes.

Mini Haul :)

Firstly, let me just begin by apologising for neglecting my blog. I've been pretty busy with work lately, for example- I'm working 12 hours tomorrow :/ but I have also had a lack of motivation.. to pretty much do anything besides what I need to do.

Silver Holographic Gradient Nails!

Hello my lovelies!

Last night I attempted my first gradient nail mani ever!

And I'm actually quite please with how it turned out!

WOOO me!

I chose these colours as I figured if I screwed it up, it would be easier to get away with, rather then bright contrasting colours.

God I love me some holographic-y glittery goodness :D

These are literally the only 3 photos I managed to snap before my battery died on me :/

I love this whole gradient effect.. its like an illusion that makes my nails look longer! :)

I used:

• Revlon 'Silver Dollar' as the first colour at the tip.
• Nfu Oh #61 layered over Silver Dollar and carried down a little further.
• Orly mini 'Shine on Crazy Diamond' (clear base with holographic glitter) on top with glitter focussed more on the tip.
